The App is intended for general audiences, including children.

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children and contains no advertising, tracking, or monetization features.

5. Data Storage

Game progress and virtual items are stored:

• Locally on the user's device, and/or
• Via platform-managed backups (e.g., device cloud backups), if enabled by the user

The Developer has no access to this data and cannot retrieve or view it.

6. Platform Services Integration

Depending on the device and platform, optional platform services may be used.

Apple iOS

If enabled, Apple services such as Game Center or iCloud may be used. Apple processes this data according to its own privacy policies. The App may receive a platform-provided player identifier and display name for leaderboard functionality.

Android

If enabled, Google services such as Google Play Games or Google Play Services may be used. Google processes this data according to its own privacy policies. The App may receive a platform-provided player identifier and display name for achievements or leaderboards.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, users have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to restrict or object to processing.

Since the App does not actively collect or store personal data, these rights generally do not apply in practice. Local game data can be removed by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App's functionality changes. The current version will always be available within the App or its store listing.
