By downloading, installing, or using Dolphin Crash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Rodrigo do Carmo ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the App.

2. Description of the App

Dolphin Crash is a casual mobile game in which players control a dolphin swimming through ocean environments, collecting fish, avoiding obstacles, and completing levels.

The App is provided solely for entertainment purposes.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

4. Virtual Items and Credits

The App includes virtual items and virtual credits that are earned exclusively through gameplay.

• Virtual credits are earned by playing the game
• Virtual credits may be used to continue gameplay
• Virtual items and credits have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items and credits cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed
• Game progress and virtual items are stored locally on the device

We do not guarantee that virtual items, credits, or progress will be preserved permanently.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or automation tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Manipulate scores, achievements, or gameplay mechanics
• Interfere with the App's stability or performance
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Dolphin Crash, including graphics, artwork, audio, music, sound effects, text, gameplay mechanics, and code, is owned by Rodrigo do Carmo or properly licensed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rodrigo do Carmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress, data, or virtual items
• Loss of enjoyment or gameplay interruptions
• Inability to use the App
• Issues related to platform services

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

• Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
• Death or personal injury
• Mandatory statutory consumer rights

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

We are not obligated to provide maintenance, updates, or support.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when the "Last updated" date is modified.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Platform-Specific Terms

The App is distributed through third-party app stores, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The app store provider:

• Is not a party to these Terms
• Has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Is not responsible for warranties, claims, or disputes

The app store provider and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by platform policies.

13. Use by Minors

The App is intended for general audiences, including children.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising usage.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
